Corey Wade, PhD
Researcher and technical leader at the intersection of infrastructure, security and AI.
I hold a PhD in Computer Science (AI/ML) from National University, conferred in July 2026. My research studies adaptive and explainable neural networks, mainly Fuzzy ARTMAP: how automated tuning and the decision readout change accuracy when every compared method gets the same compute budget.
Before and alongside the PhD I spent more than twenty years building and running enterprise networks: data center, SD-WAN, network access control, and hybrid cloud connectivity for HIPAA-regulated workloads. I have managed engineering teams, supervised and architected network infrastructure, and ran an independent consulting practice for nearly a decade.
